DiSC Behavioural Model


This is an excellent tool to better understand your own behavioural tendencies and the impact we have on
those around us. Increased self-awareness allows us to make considered decisions on how best to engage with
others.


It provides a unique opportunity for teams to understand and embrace the diversity of behaviours in
the group. DiSC helps build better communication, collaboration, decision-making, innovation, lowering conflict
situations, and working effectively through challenges.


Team strategy workshops using this tool create open dialogue, exploration and finding better ways to work
together cohesively. As a collective any team is stronger than a group of individuals.

HBDI (Hermann Brain Dominance Instrument)

A fabulous tool to identify our strengths in thinking – how we make decisions, create opportunities, and
interact with others. This model is excellent for project groups where we want to use whole brain thinking
and consider opportunities and impacts from a wider base.


Self-awareness of strengths and opportunities supports finding better ways to interact and grow both
individually and with a more engaged and dynamic team.
