My Story
My working journey has been varied giving me insights into many industries and challenges that are faced. Kreating New Collaborations was created during Covid (aggghhhh) to offer virtual learning opportunties to help teams stay focused and connected.
My working roles held over the years include: State Registered Nurse, Pharmaceutical Sales Representative, Field Manager and Regional Sales Manager, Learning Manager, Facilitator for Leadership and Communication Skills, Coach, Business Development Manager and now Founder of Kreating New Collaborations where I offer Facilitatation, Training (you could call me a Facilitrainer!), Coach, and Speaker.
I collaborate with learning teams to create workshops that engage and inspire their teams to turn up fully, become more coheisve and focus on the work that makes your business shine. Highly experienced working with Professional Services, Local Councils, Education, Health, Manufacturing, Associations and small to medium businesses.
My passion is helping people do what they do better. I collaborate and partner with my clients to find solutions that give them the best bang for their buck. This includes sharing ways to embed new learning into daily worklife.
