We are accredited facilitators for both The RocheMartin Emotional Capital Report and the GENOS Leadership/Emotional Intelligence report.  Assessements for individuals or 360-degree feedback to dirve growth and self-awareness. 

 Both tools are excellent to identify strengths and opportunities to help drive success. With 85% of emotional intelligence skills aligning with leadership skills a 360 report for leaders is an excellent way to aid your growth and ability to engage your team effectively.
