Mentoring Programs

An area of passion with extensive experience in creating bespoke mentoring programs for organisations wishing to create a mentoring culture. Programs have been created for several organisations for smooth transition of new teachers in the VET sector, VIC POLICE across the education teams, all aimed at building cultures of effective communication, feedback and inclusion.


2-3 Phased approach to include Mentors, Mentees, other stakeholders involved.

  • Understanding what Mentoring is, and isn’t

  • Role of each person in the process including accountability

  • Skills needed to have authentic conversations and ability to stretch thinking and actions

  • The art of effective feedback, both giving and receiving vital to this process

  • A model to help drive productive relationships and focused discussion
